Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a corporate experience program, securing new partnerships, and maintaining relationships with corporates.

About the Role
  • Deliver a corporate experience program to secure potential cash sponsors
  • Work with other departments to identify potential in-kind partnership opportunities
  • Secure new partnerships through targeted solicitation
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with corporates (annual giving of up to $5,000)
  • Clean donor and business data to maintain data hygiene and record accuracy
  • Respond to business enquiries through group inboxes
  • Maintain an accurate cataloguing of all supporter interactions in CRM
  • Coordinate in-kind distribution
  • Execute bespoke relationship management and cultivation plans for corporate contacts
  • Field incoming charitable offers and requests from corporates
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant area (desired)
  • Minimum two years' experience in not-for-profit
  • Minimum two years' experience in fundraising, communications, marketing, or equivalent
  • Project management
  • CRM – Salesforce is advantageous
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Developing proposals, presentations, and pitches
  • Analysis and reporting
