Aviation Medical Officer / Primary Care Provider Position
">The Aviation Medical Officer/Primary Care Provider will be responsible for the delivery of medical services to Defence personnel, including aviation-based services such as fitness to fly assessments and aircrew clinical health management.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality medical services to Defence personnel in accordance with professional standards, legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.">
- Provide medical technical advice to senior leadership on matters related to aviation medicine and primary care.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective healthcare delivery and meet the needs of Defence personnel.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.">
- FRACGP, FACRRM, or Vocational Registration in General Practice.">
- Minimum 2 years' full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in General Practice in the last 5 years.">
- Australian Citizen - required for Baseline Security Clearance.">
- Basic military aviation medicine course or equivalent - opportunity to be sponsored if not currently held.">
