Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives across Victoria. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and consulting medical specialists.


  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage general practitioners, specialists, clinics, and hospital networks across Victoria.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and referral partnerships.
  • Lead business development efforts for our organisation's mobile diagnostics division, expanding reach and awareness.
  • Represent us at industry events, meetings, and forums to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support specialist onboarding and ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Oversee marketing activities such as newsletters, digital campaigns, and video content aligned with growth targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators, business activity, and strategic outcomes.
