At Optiver, we're on a mission to make financial markets more transparent and efficient. As our Modern Workplace Lead, you'll play a key role in driving this vision forward by overseeing the development and management of a secure, scalable, and resilient Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure. Your challenge is to ensure seamless collaboration across our global teams by leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global transition to Microsoft cloud-based platforms, balancing on-premise requirements with cloud-based Microsoft environments.
  • Develop a resilient, secure, and scalable environment that enables code-based management and automation.
  • Establish a framework for delivering first-class support, ensuring efficient user support in the new cloud environment.
  • Leverage Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, to enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with the Security Operations team to uphold stringent security and compliance standards.
  • Develop a technology roadmap that anticipates future needs and incorporates emerging technologies and industry trends.

About You:

  • You have at least 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, with relevant certifications in Microsoft and other technologies.
  • You're a proven delivery leader with a solid history of leading complex IT projects, including migrations to M365.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience leading global teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement across the world.
  • You're a visionary self-starter with expertise in automation, migration, and cloud security.
