Dynamics 365 Technical Lead Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development and deployment of Dynamic Solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in workshops with customers and provide technical feasibility on requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules per project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables, including configurations and customizations; lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Develop plugins and workflows; work with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Lead activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Develop a data migration plan and lead data migration from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on the D365 CRM platform.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
