We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.

The successful candidate will participate in workshops with customers, providing them with technical feasibility and thought leadership on different project requirements. They will create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements and deliver high-quality code deliverables for each module, including configurations and customizations. Additionally, they will lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Key responsibilities include creating plugins, workflows, and working with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault. The candidate will also lead the activities for developing Dynamics 365 CRM instances and work with Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules. Furthermore, they will create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and customization.
