Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead

Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Lead for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Salary: AUD 150,742-171,215 (Annual Gross). Note: the salary range is indicative and subject to adjustments based on internal processes.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The candidate should have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with strong knowledge of education sector requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery workshops with the customer and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules per project requirements.
  • Deliver high quality code deliverables, including configurations and customizations; lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
  • Create plugins and workflows; work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Lead activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Create a Data Migration Plan and lead data migration from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIAL

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.

PREFERRED

  • 8+ years experience as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on the D365 CRM platform.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

ADDITIONAL

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
