Seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamic 365 solutions for clients in Australia. With deep expertise in architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, you will provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamic 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Lead the activities for development of Dynamic 365 CRM instances.
  • Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamic 365 CRM modules.
  • Create data migration plans and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamic 365 CRM using required tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science-related discipline.
  • Experience of at least 8 years as developer, technical lead, or solution designer on D365 CRM platform.
  • Working experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
