We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead the design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions in Australia. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in workshops with clients and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on project requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules according to client needs.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules including configurations and customizations, lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and collaborate with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault.
  • Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Collaborate with architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Create data migration plans and oversee data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams effectively.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science.

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a developer, technical lead, or solution designer on D365 CRM platform.
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
