Job Description:

We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead technical design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the education sector's operational and regulatory requirements.

This position involves participating in discovery workshops, creating solution designs, delivering high-quality code deliverables and leading activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery workshops to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules including configurations and customizations
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
  • Develop plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and Azure Key Vault
  • Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development and integration across modules
  • Strong understanding of education sector's operational and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to participate in discovery workshops and create solution designs
  • High-quality coding skills and ability to deliver code deliverables
  • Leadership skills to lead activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
  • Experience working with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and Azure Key Vault
  • Ability to work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Technical skills to create data migration plans and lead data migration activities
