Job Title

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate and deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, follow-up skills, and timely issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and escalating issues as necessary;

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up;
