Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Concrete Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving orders and entering them into our systems with training provided
  • Understanding production capabilities of the plant and truck network
  • Monitoring progress of deliveries and providing delivery status information to the customer using vehicle tracking systems
  • Building professional relationships with customers and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Punctual, professional and reliable team members who are enthusiastic about joining our dynamic team
  • Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers receive exceptional customer service
  • Computer literacy
