Job Overview:

This role is a customer-focused position where you will be responsible for handling and escalating customer enquiries and repair requests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service administration skills, excellent communication and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Accurately document service job data into the system
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and manage schedules to ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Cabinetry trade experience with tools
  • Excellent computer literacy and data entry experience
  • Outstanding customer service experience, especially over the phone
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Scheduling experience and knowledge of local suburbs
  • Relevant industry experience and understanding
