Lifestyle Team Leader

Our Residential Aged Care Home is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Therapist to lead a team of therapists in delivering activities that enrich the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and delivering therapist activities, building meaningful relationships with residents and staff, and contributing to a positive and supportive care environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, minimum three years' experience in leisure and health programs, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults, and has the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
