As a Graduate Valuer, you will develop valuation expertise across New South Wales with flexible hybrid work and a supportive team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy.
  • Participate in a 24-month graduate program with rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations.
  • Provide valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across diverse valuation functions within our organisation and potentially obtain Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute upon program completion.

About You

We are looking for candidates who possess drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability. You should have strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application, be a Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute, and complete qualifications eligible for Associate Membership by end of 2025.
