Valuation Professional

Join our organization as a Valuation Professional to develop expertise in valuation across New South Wales with flexible hybrid work and a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy
  • Participate in a 24-month graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations
  • Provide valuation support and advice to government clusters
  • Gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions
About You:

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters
  • Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application
  • Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute
  • Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel
