Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Syndicated Lending Professional to join our Agency team as a Facility Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing corporate loan administration and deal support to a portfolio of institutional & corporate clients. You will act as the facility agent, proactively managing the relationship between lenders and borrowers, and coordinating all instructions, communications, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate both multicurrency and AUD facilities, including drawdowns, fees, rollovers, rate setting & payments on loans and guarantees for syndicate lenders.
  • Work closely with CBA's Agency Origination relationship managers to provide a complete and efficient service to both Syndicate Lenders and borrowers.
  • Provide end-to-end loan support across Syndicated loans, guarantees, drawdowns, rollovers & rate setting, re-structures, amendments, fees, and general Agency Lending administration.
  • Process high-value foreign currency, Swift & RTGS payments ensuring they are actioned correctly and on time.
  • Manage and coordinate amendment requests from clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience in Corporate & Institutional Lending within either Syndicated or Bi-lateral loans, guarantees, and letters of credit. You should also have experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders or clients.

You Will Also Have:

  • Solid working knowledge of the Loan IQ system and product knowledge of Facility Agreements.
  • Be commercially focused with strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and analyze loan and facility agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a dynamic working environment, but also work effectively in an autonomous capacity.
