At Mindshare, we offer a competitive salary package with an estimated salary of AU$90,000 per year, increasing with service to a maximum of AU$110,000 per year, plus up to 4 weeks paid leave. The Connections Planning team bridges the gap between our strategy and investment teams. As a Marketing Manager - Media Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for turning insightful strategies into actionable media plans that deliver Good Growth for our clients. You will work closely with client partners and clients to ensure solutions are measurable back to both business and communications objectives.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with media lead clients, developing future-fit market-leading campaigns for your brands, and delivering planning responses to briefs. You will also be responsible for interrogating briefs, understanding business and communications objectives, and working with the strategy team to create actionable comms tasks.

You will need robust media planning and buying knowledge and skills, with the ability to utilise agency and industry tools to support planning recommendations. A basic understanding of the role media plays in the broader marketing plan and its impact on other areas of the business is also required. You should be well-versed in the application of data into planning responses and have experience in delivering complex media campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required, with a drive to find innovative and disruptive solutions to creatively solve client challenges.
