About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Leadership Director to lead our biggest financial services client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key client contacts and overseeing their day-to-day communications requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the client's business and will be able to drive the client's marketing product within the category, anticipating potential competitive threats or opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster close collaboration with Brand Strategy, Creative & Design, and Integrated Production teams.
  • Innately understand the client's business and seek ways to add value to drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share, and brand recognition.
  • Strategically drive the client's marketing product within the category; anticipate potential competitive threats or opportunities.
  • Makes recommendations to the client and monitor the health of the account team, ensuring that resource is appropriate and profitable.
  • Build and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • Use learnings on campaign performance to orchestrate maximum effectiveness on future campaigns, from brief through to production and implementation.
  • Support the Managing Partner/Group Account Director when required.
  • Act as mentor to junior members of the Account Management team, setting a positive example for team behavior, learning, and collaboration.
