Job Description:

As a Client Director for Credit Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow client relationships
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry groups
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging business opportunities to identify new service offerings


Requirements:


  • Expertise in credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans
