Client Director for Credit Solutions
Job Description:
As a Client Director for Credit Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow client relationships
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry groups
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging business opportunities to identify new service offerings
Requirements:
- Expertise in credit products, including trade credit, surety, and structured credit
- Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans
