About the Role

This position supports our client service team in delivering top-tier service to clients, internal staff, and directors. You'll be joining a cohesive and supportive team that values collaboration and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will receive mentorship and continuous training to further develop their skills and expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing client meetings and preparing relevant documentation
  • Establishing and maintaining client files and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks
  • Coordinating ASIC compliance and ATO lodgement processes
  • Updating and maintaining the internal client database
  • Preparing reports and summaries for the team
  • Providing reception relief duties as needed
  • Utilizing cloud-based software to streamline tasks

About You

We're seeking a candidate with experience in administration and client service support, ideally within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a professional services firm
  • Experience with accounting software is advantageous
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A team player with the ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
