Role Overview

The role of Client Coordinator is to provide support to Client Leads across multiple clients throughout all aspects of the process. This includes campaign briefing, planning, development, implementation, reporting, and administration support to ensure smooth account operations.

Job Description
  • Support Client Leads in delivering media plans on time and in full.
  • Work closely with Client Leads to ensure delivery on campaign objectives.

What Success Looks Like
  1. In 3 months: become immersed in the team with an understanding of active and upcoming campaigns; establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports; demonstrate a strong understanding of the Wavemaker proposition, core client processes, and our way of working.
  2. In 6 months: deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently, effectively, and proactively; strengthen key stakeholder relationships; support processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns, ensuring regular updates.
  3. In 12 months: add value to the team; build strong relationships with stakeholders, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately; deliver client deliverables to the highest quality.

Average salary range for this position in Australia is $60,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
