Key Role in Our Growth Strategy:

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving our growth agenda, leveraging consumer and category insights to drive innovation pipeline, new product development, and commercialization.

This strategic position will own P&L and partner closely with internal teams to brief in brand communications and campaigns, as well as collaborate with Global Brand teams across high-priority innovation projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing core range to drive ongoing portfolio evolution
  • Driving breakthrough, new-to-market innovation, including new formats to target new occasions, recruit new consumers, and expand into new channels

Requirements for Success:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Brand Manager or similar within a blue-chip FMCG environment
  • Strong strategic, consumer-led innovation, and portfolio development experience
  • Commercial acumen with experience owning P&L
  • Consumer-led and brand-centric mindset with an insight-driven approach
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to partner with local and global stakeholders to deliver
