A seasoned investment leader is required to spearhead the growth of our institutionally aligned investment business.

Job Description

We are embarking on a journey to evolve into a globally credible investment firm, and this newly created Chief Investment Officer role will be instrumental in driving our evolution. As an integral member of our senior leadership team, you will execute the investment strategy across a portfolio of nature-based assets, maintain and build strong long-term relationships with institutional investors, lead capital raising activities, create new investment products, and enhance our investment track record.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A highly developed network of institutional investors
  • Deep investment management experience in private markets, real assets, or institutional funds with a demonstrated investment track record
  • Successful history and involvement growing asset management businesses/platforms
  • Experience managing the full investment lifecycle from pipeline development, product development, due diligence, structuring, execution, performance monitoring, and fund reporting
  • Ideal experience in natural capital, forestry, carbon, or related sectors but not essential
  • A natural people and business leader with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects simultaneously
