The Role: We are seeking a skilled Project Strategist and Value Optimiser to lead our project governance, planning, delivery, and value optimisation initiatives.

About the Opportunity:

  • Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide project governance, planning, delivery, and value optimisation across our transformation agenda.

    ">

  • You will drive alignment between project investment and our strategic, operational, and financial sustainability priorities—ensuring meaningful outcomes for the people we support and the people who support them.

  • As a senior leader at our organisation, you will play a critical role in building enterprise-wide project governance and delivery capability, embedding best-practice tools and frameworks, and enabling disciplined and impactful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and embedding an enterprise-wide approach to business planning, project governance, and value realisation.

    ">

  • Leading project pipeline prioritisation, automated project management system implementation, and the delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives.

    ">

  • Building and fostering a culture of co-design, evidence-based decision-making, and capability uplift.

Requirements:

  • ">

  • A proven ability to lead enterprise portfolios or PMOs within complex, distributed organisations.

    ">

  • Strong capability in embedding governance frameworks and automating project delivery platforms.

    ">

  • Experience enabling transformation at scale while managing risk, dependencies, and value realisation.

    ">

  • A commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and co-design.

    ">

  • A background in disability or human services—or the ability to quickly connect to our purpose.

    ">

  • A passion for uplifting capability and maturing organisational project practice.
