Professional Audio Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional audio sales representative to partner with clients in NSW on a full-time basis, servicing various customers across integration, touring & production, music venues/theatres, school auditoriums, and places of worship.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical business development roles supporting live-sound, touring, broadcast, installed-sound or other relevant industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with commercial audio clients in live-sound, touring, broadcast, and installed-sound industries. They will also partner with clients on quotations and commercial opportunities to build a pipeline of sales and effective client visit/call cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing and develop new relationships with Commercial Audio clients
  • Partner with clients on quotations and commercial opportunities
  • Develop strong understanding of our audio brands and products
  • Attend and participate in company and client training sessions
  • Facilitate online and in-person client interfacing activities
Requirements:
  • Work experience in technical business development role supporting live-sound, touring, broadcast, installed-sound or other relevant industries
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Ability to travel occasionally regionally and interstate
  • Experience with writing sales quotations and general customer-facing correspondence
  • Good understanding of audio workflows and relevant technology
  • Well organised, goal and objective focus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment
