As a Childcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Manager and Leadership team to deliver high-quality services.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working across 3 days a week - 5 hours a day. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times, creating weekly rosters, managing key performance indicators, reviewing reports, and more.

  • Ensure health & safety standards are upheld
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and reports
  • Support the Centre Manager and Leadership team

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, educators, and other staff members. You must have excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a strong background in business operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You must have a current valid Working with Children Check, previous experience in a similar role, and proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
