Financial Leadership Role

This position is responsible for leading the financial operations of a business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. As a senior leadership role, it combines technical expertise with people leadership and business partnering to support decision-making and long-term success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Overseeing general ledger functions and maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.
  • Driving improvements in financial systems and processes.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred), along with 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards, as well as proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI.

They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement, and experience in a multinational corporation.
