Director of Social Impact

We are seeking a dedicated Director to lead our organization's social impact efforts.

About the Role
  • Leverage expertise to ensure our mission remains clear, relevant, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set the direction of our organization.
  • Maintain alignment between our programs and activities and our mission.
  • Evaluate executive performance through objective setting and progress review.
  • Ensure strategic resources for long-term sustainability.
Requirements

  • Demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Promote open communication and question-asking culture.
Preferred Skills
  • Corporate governance experience in non-profit sector.
  • Environmental campaigning or research background.
  • Expertise in fundraising.
  • Finance and financial management skills.
  • Understanding of First Nations cultural, political, economic, and social context.
Time Commitment

Approximately 15-20 hours per month.
