Our organization seeks an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Leader to join our Corporate Finance team in Western Downs Regional, AU, and help shape the future of our receivables function.

About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our business across the region. Leading a small team, you will oversee the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to collections while driving process improvements, managing credit risk, and collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the AR team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and service excellence.

  • Oversee the end-to-end AR process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely collections.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer relationships.
