About the Role:

The Financial Controller is a senior leadership position that combines technical expertise with people leadership and business partnering to support decision-making and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance, along with a passion for developing people and improving processes.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
