About the Role

This is a senior accounting position that supports key stakeholders and leads a small on-site team with the support of a robust offshore function.

The primary focus will be on review, team management, and client advisory. The role requires:

  • Managing client relationships across a diverse portfolio
  • Reviewing and finalising compliance work prepared by the offshore team
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff
  • Leading client meetings and providing strategic tax advice
  • Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory services

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CA/CPA qualification (or willingness to undertake)
  • Proven experience in a public practice environment
  • Confidence in reviewing work and providing feedback to junior staff
  • Skilled in client management and advisory
  • Proficiency in Xero and cloud-based systems
