Office Coordinator Job Description

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to members and guests
  • Maintain a pristine Clubhouse through regular space resets
  • Support the Clubhouse Lead with member administration, facilities, and tech requirements

About the Role: As an Office Coordinator (or Workplace Coordinator), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse. You will work closely with the Clubhouse Lead and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience.
