What this opportunity involves:

  • Build strong client and vendor relationships while ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations and contract KPIs.
  • Manage vendor procurement and compliance to deliver services on time and within budget.
  • Oversee financial operations including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking to meet targets.
  • Maintain workplace safety through inspections, hazard reporting, and policy compliance.
  • Support facility projects including capital planning, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Coordinate maintenance operations, asset management, and contractor supervision.
  • Utilise technology platforms for facility audits, work orders, and documentation management.
  • Implement risk management protocols and business continuity plans for operational resilience.
What we are looking for

The Workplace Coordinator will be highly motivated, proactive and have excellent planning and organisational skills to succeed in this role. You will apply well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers across Australia, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

  • Formal tertiary qualifications OR experience in one or more of the following: Management, Business, Operations/Project Management, Building / Facilities Management, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and strong keyboard skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various duties.
  • Strong communicator – good presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication, and active listening.
