What the role is all about- Support the Workplace Manager of our national sites across Australia through the resolution of day-to-day operational issues raised by internal stakeholders and suppliers.-
- Monitor and action PWE (Procurement & Workplace Experience) tickets that relate to office coordination.- Be available to assist on reception where required.- Act as both an REA First Aider or Warden with training provided by REA.- Coordination of reactive, scheduled, and preventative maintenance for all assets and building facilities across Australia.- Perform weekly workplace inspections across all floors in our Melbourne head office, focused on WHS, workplace hazards, the working environment and cleaning services.- Assist with workplace events - room set ups/pack downs, moving furniture, visual displays, deliveries, loading dock access, facilitating additional cleaning or any building facilities request.- Coordination of emergency management and training (Fire Services, EVAC systems, emergency wardens) on a national level.-
- Conduct office audits for general housekeeping and cleaning. Attend monthly cleaning meetings to discuss supplier performance and track any issues.- Attend and assist quarterly building management meetings with landlord/building managers nationally with Workplace Experience Manager
