We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involves:As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the Melbourne corporate location of our client – Australia's largest telecommunications company.You'll be the key point of contact for our client, regarding any workplace activities at the site level.
Oversee the day-to-day service delivery and ensuring the workplace experience for all staff and guests is a welcoming and memorable one
An overview of the role:Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft servicesSupport the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial managementDaily management of work orders using JLL in-house management systemAssist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reportingGo-to onsite contact for facilities and property queriesEnsure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframesCoordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetingsOversee catering for special events as requiredUphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidyMonitor onsite health, safety and risk managementSounds like you?
This is what we are looking for:You'll have worked in a similar role in a corporate environment or have a background in Hospitality, Property Management or similar field.You will be a team player, able to build relationships and communicate efficiently.Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you.
