Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our innovative insurance team. This exciting role offers the chance to develop and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth.

The Role:

- Manage a varied book of clients to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and remarkets for clients
- Respond to new business enquiries and negotiate terms with underwriters/insurers
- Manage debtor accounts and ensure timely payments
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and contribute positively to the team's success

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is essential
  • Tier 1 qualification or Diploma of Insurance Broking is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong administration skills including attention to detail, organizing, prioritizing workload, and time management
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend industry documents such as PDS/policy wordings
  • Excellent computer skills including demonstrated use of insurance-related software
  • A team-oriented and 'can-do' attitude with ability to work autonomously
