Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We're a team of professionals who help businesses thrive by automating routine tasks, surfacing actionable insights and connecting with the right data, advisors, and apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth from existing customers by accelerating business expansion for Xero Partners.
  • Develop territory plans to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades, growing the attachment rate of connected payment services, and promoting Business Edition plans.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our existing partners, building strong rapport and relationship management skills.
  • Educate partners on the mechanics and benefits of the Xero Partner program, ensuring timely product and educational updates.
  • Collaborate with the partner consulting team to deliver individual and territory goals.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of accounting practices and systems.
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships.
  • Proven sales performance with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
