The Role

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team based in Townsville.

As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating service administrative support for technical staff, management team, and external customers.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the business as required
  • Managing technician schedules, site access bookings
  • Coordinating Pronto timesheets for service technicians, tracking productive, non-productive, and project hours
  • Generating Service Jobs (Reactive & PM), Purchase Orders
  • Assisting with Deployment functions & overflow calls when required
  • Developing strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders

Salaries in Australia

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
