Job Role

A Business Development Manager role involves managing broker portfolios, engaging brokers and driving new business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a portfolio of brokers via phone, email and virtual meetings.

They must educate brokers on products, policies and processes, discuss loan scenarios and provide structuring guidance.

Identifying new business opportunities and driving broker activation is also key to this role.

Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless experience.
