Executive Support Specialist to the CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support and facilitate our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in the market research sector, along with high-level executive administrative and communication skills.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in the smooth running of the CEO's office, ensuring that the CEO can operate effectively and make informed decisions. This is a balancing act that requires the ability to deal with competing priorities, adapt to changing situations, and provide excellent support to the CEO.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who is able to plan, perform, and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly. They will also possess strong organizational skills, a high level of tact, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
