Job Title:Growth Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with our end client. The role involves driving customer adoption and new strategies to validate, launch, and scale a brand-new digital ecosystem in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions.

  • Manage and optimize growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).

  • Oversee the development and management of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.

  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI and drive conversions.

  • Monitor and evaluate website analytics, KPIs, and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align growth marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated multivariate tests with quantitative significance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition and growth, resulting in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.

  • A passion for scaling digital products, services, and audiences and working with content to nurture communities through organic channels.

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and analytics.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software, and content management systems (CMS).
