About This Role- This is an exciting opportunity to join our Occupier Services team as a Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of marketing strategies for our national capability within Occupier Services.
- Manage the process for all external business activity and promotions, including creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing team internal and external communications, and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral.
- Raise the bar on bid preparation and production workflow, involving large-scale proposals, tender document control, strategic advice, and crafting effective messaging.
- Collaborate with colleagues nationally and globally, as well as across other product lines, to build business and execute industry best practice.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and implement marketing strategy based on their feedback.
- Craft compelling client engagement strategies, various external and internal forums, workshops, and presentations.
- Execute impactful digital marketing and communications campaigns to promote the Occupier Services team capability, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, business, or communications.
- At least 2 years of professional services or B2B experience - ideally having marketed services.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to manage, run, and execute campaigns, meet deadlines, and show initiative.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highest proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign, experience with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud desired but not essential.
