The Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager - Venue Operations to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you oversee lunch and dinner services, working closely with owners and functions managers to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. You will have input in all areas of the venue, including functions, bar, and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and services
- Development and implementation of operational strategies to drive efficiency and quality
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintenance of high standards in customer service, safety, and security
- Training and development of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role or as an assistant manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results-oriented performance
