We're seeking an experienced Events Sales Executive to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing event enquiries from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up. Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager, you will play a key role in bringing creativity and confidence to all interactions.
- Actively work through all enquiries via email and direct phone calls, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will maintain detailed lines of communication in Ivvy (CRM) sales database and manage follow-up tasks. Collaboration with hotel operations to elevate the guest experience through events is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate site visits and encourage face-to-face meetings to build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Facilitate weekly Business Event Order (BEO) meetings with internal teams.
- Coordinate sales strategies with direct collaboration with the Sales Manager.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
