About the Role

At Novabridge, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance, technical solutions, and support to clients implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including design, architecture, development, and deployment of custom applications and workflows.
  • Customize core platform features such as forms, lists, and UI components, and develop complex business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and scheduled jobs.
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and integration hub technologies.
  • Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration, and streamline manual processes by implementing end-to-end automation.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the platform and optimize workflows, scripts, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proven track record in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITBM.
  • Experience with designing and implementing complex workflows, automation scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and other integration methods and standards.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and common ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's scripting language (Glide) and an understanding of database structures and relationships.
Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM are preferred.
Soft Skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player who can work across different teams and departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
