### Job Description
As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at Leidos, you will play a key role in enhancing the value of our ServiceNow investment. You will lead improvement initiatives, translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions, and guide technical governance and best practices.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows to ensure alignment with business needs and user training.
* Configure modules and design integrations with enterprise applications.
* Collaborate on platform operating models and ensure solutions are cyber-security compliant and cost-effective.
* Drive automation, optimize data integration, and support platform governance.
* Work with various teams to manage platform reliability, provide documentation, and mentor colleagues.
* Engage with stakeholders to document requirements, manage tasks, and contribute to project success.
### Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow expertise, with experience in translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Certified System Administrator) preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and ITIL Certification highly regarded.
* Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage complex projects in a regulated environment.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
### Requirements
* Australian Citizen with a Baseline or higher level Australian Security Clearance.
