Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our ServiceNow Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the value of our ServiceNow investment through leading improvement initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions, and guiding technical governance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows to ensure alignment with business needs and user training.
- Configure modules and design integrations with enterprise applications to drive automation and optimize data integration.
- Collaborate with various teams to manage platform reliability, provide documentation, and mentor colleagues.
- Engage with stakeholders to document requirements, manage tasks, and contribute to project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow expertise, with experience in translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Certified System Administrator) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ITIL Certification highly regarded.
