Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business value through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for supporting high-profile projects, designing and delivering requirements workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting and Documenting Business Needs: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
  • Requirements Workshop Design: Design and facilitate requirements workshops to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • Project Documentation: Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring engagement strategies to meet their needs.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities, assisting end-users during delivery, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of business analysis experience in large or complex organizations, preferably with involvement in large IT projects.
  • Skillset: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear documentation, with preferred experience with platforms like SharePoint, AvePoint, and Jira.
