Job Title: Strategic Business Insight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Insight Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing the complete solution lifecycle, from requirements definition to delivery. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support idea development, feature elaboration, prioritization, and delivery.

You will provide guidance on Agile processes and practices, ensuring that our teams are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Agile Business Analyst and more than 10 years as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience working with Agile/Scrum Web development teams.
  • Strong expertise in Customer Journey Mapping and Story mapping facilitation.
  • Experience in coordinating with delivery teams for PI planning activities, kick-offs, desk checks, and showcases.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop feature hypotheses and metrics.
